Message For Our Clients

In accordance with the Governor of Indiana and the Indiana State Board of Health, Bittersweet Road Family Dentists is reopening on May 11th. We will be starting with a modified schedule and staff to support patient flow and reconnect with our patients of missed appointments from the last several weeks.

We are implementing new procedures to ensure your health and safety:

Patients are to call or text 574-276-4400 upon arrival and wait in your vehicle
Prescreening of all patients for symptoms prior to entry of office
We ask that all individuals wear a mask when entering the office
We have increased personal protective equipment (PPE) for staff
We have increased sanitation/disinfection of office
Consistent temperature monitoring of all patients and staff
Our office will be monitoring all CDC and State Board of Health recommendations

We do request that patients restrict additional visitors with them, unless needed – such as a parent, guardian or support person.
